The Only Exception

Some people may have thousands of friends, but I'm not one of those people. Maybe becuase I am a person that like to keep everything to myself and like I said earlier, I could really care less of what people do that I dont see the need to talk to people that much. I am certainly not shy, I'm just..I like to keep my life simple with just a friend or two. I'm okay with being alone with a book (although many of the books are read halfway, heh) and only having my cousins as friends. 

It may take a while for me to be a friend to another, I'm not sure why that is the case. I'm not sure why is it hard for me to offer friendship to others. Maybe I always have a hard time trusting others, and I rather be cheated by a boyfriend than being back stab by a close friend.

But when you're halfway around the globe from people you knew for sure to love you no matter what, the family of course, and with all the things you have to face being in a foreign land with typical teenager-turning-a-young-adult problems, saat-saat mencari who you really were, of course you need someone to turn too, and that is when I start to actually build friendship with the girls at Penn State.

Everyone is special in their own way to me and Zack and Egy are extra special. Penn State was more memorable becuase of them. I think they were usually the ones who knew the right words to say to make me feel better. We do see things differently sometimes but in a good way, they are just as crazy as I am but wait I think they are even more crazierlah but I appreciate that they never push me to do anything that makes me uncomfortable, and accept me just the way I am. It's amazing how I fit in with the two.

It's true that they were times that I choose to spent some time with Apai than with them, but never with no guilt, sometimes I cry knowing that I may have hurt their feelings (okay nangis), which mean something, becuase I do cry a lot watching dramas and movies but never for hurting someone else feeling becuase whenever I do that I usually felt that..that person deserve it, heh. But as far for Zack and Egy for all the times they were there for me, they dont deserve to get their feelings hurt by me, no they dont. Sorry :(

Everyone, have their own definition as what GOOD friends are,  I'm not sure what's mine, but I guess they two can be the definition :)

Dear Zack and Egy, you two may have other friends you consider top list as special but both are you are certainly on top of mine. Thank you for making me open up to actually trust FRIENDS, I never knew that I could.

Nah, a song for both of you, the word 'love' in the song should definitely be change to friendship, barulah touching skit weyh, ahahaha. Thank you for driving here to Seri Kembangan knowing that I need to home at 7, just so that we can all spend some time together since Egy got her first paycheck!!

another Friday

mase terase berlalu begitu pantas, once again it's already weekend.

So yes, my Friday was productive in my sense.
7.00 am : bgn pagi and try to finish my Mythology hw that is due at 12 noon that day..yes, yes, I like to procrastinate..tp x berjaya.
8.50 am: went to BMB 221, went fencing.
11.20 am: came back home, continue with the hw and submitted it at 11.54 am! I do work better under pressure ;)
12.15 pm: cooked lunch
1.45 pm: Went to work. Work was ok, having Apai drop by to share some exciting news make it even better. owh I slammed a door on my face while he was around too..haha, memalukan.
6.30 pm: clock out and went home.
7.30 pm: went to Vagina Monologue with Wan, Zack and Tinie. Since I took Women Studies when I was a freshmen, I am pretty much aware of this issue, women and their private parts, women and sex pleasure, once I went to a clitoris discussion and write a review on it. Well, women should get educated on this issue, yet I will not discuss about it here, obviously it is not appropriate.

11.30 pm: played soccer at Rec Hall, fun! wow, the Juniors are very good, I'm impressed, very.
1.15 am: was ready to leave, realize Apai wasn't around, it was unlikely of him to leave w/o telling, so text him, and went back with the Lexington's. Then got a call that he actually was still at the hall and went to the restroom, sakit perut..duuh, haha..manelah tau..at first felt guilty, I was to him know better that he would stay, but then it was something to laugh about :)
2.00 am: went downstairs with a pitch of ice cream and watched a movie - Changeling. Menarik, silalah tengok.
4.00 am: put my head on a comfy pillow and slept.

Right now: Just done reading Ovid's Metamorphoses, Book II.

Text Egy this morning, told her I miss her, well I do, very much. I rarely have a chance to talk to her right now. Sekarang, will bake puding roti for her in case she'll show up.

So yesterday i’ve met my penn state girls for the first time ever since blk! Kt kenduri kahwin abg zack (abg zack look amat kacak yesterday, omg the seri pengatin can clearly be seen okayyy, and the bride of course cantik amat juga..congratz to both of u!:) :) :) )..peyya, nysa, kunod and zack n atim juge!..and of course the closest one kt intec, nadiah hakim!haha..nad still the same, i mean she being so bubbly and all, can talk non stop on the same topic,haha..nad u’re just soooo comel.. i’ve would spent more time with u yesterday, tp tu laaa, occupied plk smlm..x pe we go out again nnt k, story2 gossip2 :p

Owh i just miss wasting time with the girls just to sit and story2..not only gossip je okayyy.. a lot of others thgs too..but owh zapeyya together, we do make a great partner in gossiping kan,heeee…kunod thank u hantarkan ke lrt smlm!

so i went to PD last weekend bersama close relatives and everyone was like 'Bina, knp dh glp skit ni..?''Owh, main bola' i replied.

Too many people asking, Papa then said, 'Biarlah dia gelap, kenapa nak cerah2?' I know papa knows i had too many comment already about being a tone darker than biasa!haha.. Thank you father.

Yet, I'm thankful for the active melanin in my skin; lowering the risk of skin cancer! n owh sape ntah yg put that idea in our minds that being fairer is beautiful-er?

so I joined this team, Sailormoon. we played soccer. we train everyday..well not everyday, nearly everyday two weeks before Midwest Games. we were trained by two coach, Apai and Mamat and we had a really cool captain, Zack. harapan tinggi untuk menang midwest although our coaches said we didn't play as a team yet, training pun malas...ish~

so well yg pntg itu semangat btul x? tp smgt itu sort of hilang bila smpai to our field that we had to play..it was Big! i mean besar amat, it's real soccer man! not futsal or what so ever. dh ah main under the hot sun! the guys mcm x percye our field was big, bile lht sendri baru tau..we were whining for a reason okayyy, bkn mengade2, lol~

so our first match was against Illinois - klh 0-2, but hey the Illini played well.
second match against Chi Warriors - klh 0-3, bola mereka tggi!hebatness.
against vandy - wlaupun diura-urakan mereka bermain ksr, tp x lah, okay je, they score one goal the last minute.
and our last match, against the Illini again, we lost penalti..but it was a great game, the best of four.

if you were expecting for a happy ending ilke we won somethg during Midwest..well no, we lost! tmpt ke-4 dr 4 team, heee.

here's some excuses for our lost:
1. the field was big and we played with 6 players only!
2. we were not expecting to play outdoor! kate indoor kt website..ish~
3. we did not have enough supporters cheering us at the game~
4. and did i i tell you..the field was big!

well, basicly we lost because lack of training and stamina.

but it was a great experience, except for the sunburn yg amat truk ah kan, I even score one goal during penalti against Illinois, fun!
