habits

So much of complaining to Dollah and Zack for the lack of updates at their blog, well I've not been updating mine either!haha..bak kata pepatah Melayu 'Mengata dulang paku serpih, Mengata orang, die yang lebih' :p

so here's something that Sabriza tag me way back in December.

Rules :
1. Each player of this game starts off with 15 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself.

here we go:

1. I spell words through conversation. seriously, i usually spell adjective like ...'P.A.N.A.S nye hari ni'...but my signature word would be T.I.P.U..like..'wey T.I.P.U je'. It started last semester, it stop for a moment this semester but yeah, the habit is coming back.

2. I mix up name's of two people badly sometimes. I know who they both are but I just wrongly call their name, it's really unintentionally. I usually favor a name among the two. like Zul and Zam, I'll favor Zul, like Budin and Bart I'll favor Budin. So even if i wanted to talk to Bart, I'll call him Budin, even on YM pun I call him Budin..haha..sorry k Zam and Bart.

3. I constantly make sounds like 'jeng jeng jeng' and 'neno neno' in every thing I do..I know psycho kan.

4. I have problems spelling words with 'ei' in them i usually spell them 'ie' esp thier..like always..that when typing i wish Words would AUTOMATICALLY correct them and not just put those wiggly red line below it.

5. I love chocolates esp those with nuts that I usually eat chocolates before/after breakfast, lunch and dinner..like bgn pg2 je mkn chocolates, but not anymore..I'm trying to live a better life right now:). BUT I do not favor food with chocolate or chocolate flavor food tapi.

7. I dont drink much. x tipu. this one friend call me unta.

8. I dont really touch people that much, like giving away hugs and all, but yeah listening to ghost stories, someone will surely be hold by me. BUT not while I'm watching a horror movie, tu ok je but I do scream a lot..haha.

9. With movies:
- I easily cry
- I get scared easily
- I smile all the way and day dreaming watching all those romantic comedy movie.
- but I dont easily crack watching movie yg mmg utk digelakkan like scary movie ke and seangkatan dgnnya. Yes, my sense of humor is a bit off the ordinary, MAYBE.

10. I have this habit of hitting the elevator button a zillion time before I stop.

11. I am a very shy person when I'm in a new surrounding. Ask my co-workers, they know. But yes, I'm super friendly to those who are new in my place.

12. I major in Biotechnology, minoring in Microbiology and Economics.

13. I say my courses number in Malay like, BMB 221 , it's not BMB two two one but BMB dua dua satu. This just happen out of kebosanan of too many classes to discuss about with my girls.

14. I'm not going home for summer, yes, I am very impress with myself too. I miss home a lot tapi.

15. the last one I'll just leave it to you to think about other weird things/habits/little known facts about myself :)

another Friday

mase terase berlalu begitu pantas, once again it's already weekend.

So yes, my Friday was productive in my sense.
7.00 am : bgn pagi and try to finish my Mythology hw that is due at 12 noon that day..yes, yes, I like to procrastinate..tp x berjaya.
8.50 am: went to BMB 221, went fencing.
11.20 am: came back home, continue with the hw and submitted it at 11.54 am! I do work better under pressure ;)
12.15 pm: cooked lunch
1.45 pm: Went to work. Work was ok, having Apai drop by to share some exciting news make it even better. owh I slammed a door on my face while he was around too..haha, memalukan.
6.30 pm: clock out and went home.
7.30 pm: went to Vagina Monologue with Wan, Zack and Tinie. Since I took Women Studies when I was a freshmen, I am pretty much aware of this issue, women and their private parts, women and sex pleasure, once I went to a clitoris discussion and write a review on it. Well, women should get educated on this issue, yet I will not discuss about it here, obviously it is not appropriate.

11.30 pm: played soccer at Rec Hall, fun! wow, the Juniors are very good, I'm impressed, very.
1.15 am: was ready to leave, realize Apai wasn't around, it was unlikely of him to leave w/o telling, so text him, and went back with the Lexington's. Then got a call that he actually was still at the hall and went to the restroom, sakit perut..duuh, haha..manelah tau..at first felt guilty, I was to him know better that he would stay, but then it was something to laugh about :)
2.00 am: went downstairs with a pitch of ice cream and watched a movie - Changeling. Menarik, silalah tengok.
4.00 am: put my head on a comfy pillow and slept.

Right now: Just done reading Ovid's Metamorphoses, Book II.

Text Egy this morning, told her I miss her, well I do, very much. I rarely have a chance to talk to her right now. Sekarang, will bake puding roti for her in case she'll show up.

tripped

so yesterday I was stretching in my fencing class, crossed my legs while standing up straight and bend down to reach my toes. Half way bending, a Penn State fencer who just got up from his stretching mat, walk in my way and smiled..it was an unexpected smile, I mean he is in the Penn State fencing team that Apai would constantly tell me that one of them went to the Olympics, who knows it was him kan..so got nervous a bit maybe, loss my balance and fell sideways~

*thud*

i know, so movie-like moment kan.

well, school so far have been ok, again I'm not that busy kot this semester, and yes, I'm still always alone at home,haha..but since i'm saving money for future plans, I dont think I want a pet dah kot. So yes, more time will be spend in front of the TV while munching some food. And therefore, maybe just maybe I'll be considering to go to the gym to maintain my weight as well as to build up some stamina for Midwest Games, again I'll play soccerlah kot.

Amazingly, I have not studied anything yet these three weeks, NOTHING, despite keinginan to be on top of things, only done some reading for my Mythology class and tu je lah kot, but by tonight I promise to change - akan lebih rajin.

from a conflict to a make up

so the conflict ECON 304 final exam was actually on Tuesday, not today as listed on eLion.

and since I was too tired to be freaking out about this pagi tadi, dgn pasrahnye redha je but then called the instructor and took a make up exam at his office. clearly I'm not fully to blamekan.
so x surelah what will happen with the final grade.
sort of spoil the mood of celebrating the end of finals.

though it sound very familiar, very very familiar, for a second I can't recall what was it, even it's infamous structure of an X pun can't recall at that time.

and yesterday baru je ckp ngn Zack, kan best if coffee (Settle's Best, DD or any coffee yg biasa dimimun on campus or even Starbucks) can be order through delivery je during this final week.

finals menghampiri

2 days before final week,

the kitchen looks better than it did,
the garbage is thrown out,
tempat belajar lebih kemas,
katil lebih kemas,
sounds coming out from the TV could hardly be hear dah,
my voice pun could hardly be heard juge,
more phone calls to Malaysia,
more chocolates,
more coffee,
more INSTANT food,
less sleep (ok tipu)

during finals,

the kitchen is as bad as it could be,
sampah pun meninggi,
everything will be in a mess, everywhere is a mess
TV will be on,
more phone calls to Malaysia, Safwan and Apai,
more chocolates,
more coffee,
more chips,
more JUNK foods,
more cravings, more eating,
less sleep (x tipu)

after final week,
nothing really matters dah.

bila malas,
call home, pasti membantu and motivated kembali.

busy and busier

I dont think I need a pet dah. Life is getting busier each day.

yeay new post!sorry for not keeping my words to always update but yeah last two weeks were super busy with exams, reports and also catching up with tv series! i think i have so much to share but firstly..i'm employed! and that is one more reason why i'm busier than the start of this semester.

so currently i'm working at The Organic and All Natural Sisu Store and Coffee Bar on the 1st floor of Waring Commons. 2 shifts in the convenient store and one shift at the coffee bar.

well so far working is not bad, ok i just work for nearly two weeks kot, heee. Sunday morning shift is the easiest because all i have to do is feel in small two ounce cups with 1 ounce of cream cheese! yup that's all i do for two hours. habis kerja brunch kt Waring commons, yeay! i mean Waring have the best brunch kot, name any breakfast you wish to have, mostly ade kot. Last week brunch-ed with Apai and Gokun and Gokun was amazed how beautiful Waring is and betapa byknya foodsss..tu laaa sape sruh asyik bgn pkul 2 je every weekends :p

tuesday shift is the least favorite, x suka stalk2 barang..i mean i dont mind stalking all the stuff but i dont like it when the stuff need to be stalk is no where to be find in the basement! pembaziran masa, pengurusan barang2 di kedai tersebut adalah amat diperlukan.

thursday shift is at the coffee bar, i lyke! firstly, because the guy i'm working with is so much fun! x pernah rasa bosan or tertekan bila order for coffee and smoothie sgt byk. I can hardly remember how to make the many kind of coffee, yg plg ingat ialah how to make a hot chocolate, heee but he was always there covering for me, yup he is baik hati. but i can say i'm quite good with the smoothies, okay x de la ssh sgt pun nk igt ape nk ltk kan ;)

overall, i'm proud of myself that i've proven that i am not choose-y when it comes to finding a job on campus..trying to be konon2 a barista pun ok what ;)

i thought of putting up gmbr2 of my workplace tp sgnla kan nk amek2 gmbr2, heee. maybe later.

a pet turtle

have i told you that this semester i have no class on tuesday and my last class end at 2.15 on other days. so since my housemates classes slalu habis lmbt and Peyya like to study at the library a lot, slau je rase keseorangan di rumah which is not good since i will be wasting my time in front of the tv. yes, i'm a normal person. so i've thought of getting a pet! i love rabbits A LOT but yeah mesti la x boleh jage kt apartment kan. next choice was a hamster tp since a hamster's cage need to be clean everyday i skip that idea. then i was thinking of a turtle, hoping that it would be easy to take care of. then tgk project runway and then one of the contestant's son have a pet turtle! so i was like ok sure i want a pet turtle. a good looking one.
;)

so I did my research online looking for the perfect turtle. and one interesting fact that i found was that my pet may live longer than i do and that i must find someone to past it own later. i told him on the way to the pet shop and he was like "mcm bela hantu je"..hahaha..true.

is not that easy actually to take care of a turtle. it does require a lot of attention. it need a home with certain temperature, it need a place to dig holes if it is a land turtle, a water turtle of course need lot of spaces to swim. they need a place to bask. so that requires a UV-B fluorescent light. food lagi, filter aquarium lagi (if jage water turtle) i wasn't really sure at first but i decided that mybe a tour at a pet shop can help me decide.

so firstly we went to Petco.

i was searching for small turtles yg x de la bsr sgt and i would prefer a land one so that die bleh main2 kt ats carpet nnt.

I feel sorry for water turtles that likes to swim since i'm not going to get a very big aquarium kot tp he loves them, he loves to see them swim. tp tu laaa adorable je turtle yg berenang2 dlm aquarium tu~

tp kt Petco x byk sgt choices of pets. turtle pun ade two jenis je. common ones. red-eye slider ngn russian turtle. but they were lots of fishes, and hamsters, and mice! comelllll~

then he decided mybe it'll be worth our time to check out another pet shop which i never knew exist la kan. he was being very supportive about me getting a pet, thanks! and yeah i guess things are getting better slowly day by day~

there, byk skit la jenis turtle die tp still x de yg kecik, the size that i want tp this shop unlike petco ade kucing! those cats were for adoption, and they were sort of gloomy, we can see it in their eyes. sdih je, dh lah sgt comel. so main2 kjp ngn kucing. but i'm not a big fan of cats, it's not that i dont like them, suke je tp i prefer to kianat cats. bila cats nk bermanja, malas nk lyn tp bila diorg like sombong mesti force kucing to play.haha..i know. it sounds psychotic kan. but i dont hate cats. it's just that i prefer rabbits than cats. And if Zack dtg sini pun mesti die akn menangis kegembiraan melihat kucing2 yg byk and comel2! Zack nnt kita pg this place k wlaupun kita x kan adopt tp boleh main2 ngn kucing, i know u love cats yg sgt1000x tu kan

although i did not find the right turtle as a pet but today was still fun. i miss my past.

and i'm not sure i want to adopt a water turtle ke x, since tu je currently available kt State Collge, will decide mybe by the end of next week since next week will be a very busy week with exams and lab reports.
